Mr. and Mrs. Harold Thomas Hollon of Wetumpka are pleased to announce the engagement and forth coming marriage of their daughter, Sara Elizabeth, to James Andrew Johnson, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Allen Johnson of Ridgeland, Miss.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John William Carter and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lindsey Hollon, all of Montgomery.
Miss Hollon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from the University of Montevallo and a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While at the University of Montevallo she was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority.
She is employed with Regions Financial Corporation as a Financial Analyst.
The groom is the grandson of the late Dr. and Mrs. Frank Albert Savoy of Jennings, La., and the late Mr. and Mrs. William L. Johnson of Roswell, N.M.
Mr. Johnson is a graduate from Mississippi State University where he majored in Risk Management, Insurance and Financial Planning and minored in Marketing. He is currently employed with Moe’s Southwest Grill as a General Manager.
A spring wedding is planned at the Historic Rucker Place located in Birmingham.
