Reports filed by officers of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department May 9-12.

May 9
• Third-degree theft of property was reported on the 6400 block of Elmore Road when a slide, bag of golf clubs and a pink bicycle were stolen.
• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card was reported on Flat Rock Road in Tallassee.
• Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property were reported on the 100 block of East Commerce Street in Wetumpka when electricians’ tools and other hardware were stolen from a government office.
• Receiving stolen property was reported on the 100 block of Nabors Circle in Tallassee.
• Second-degree criminal mischief was reported on the 100 block of Six Piece Lane in Wetumpka.

May 10
• Second-degree theft of property was reported on the 200 block of Mt. Hebron Road in Elmore when a painkiller patch was stolen.
• Second-degree criminal mischief was reported at a home on the 200 block of Busch Hill Drive in Blue Ridge when a door and frame were damaged.
• Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property were reported on the 100 block of Westcott Drive in Wetumpka when a 40-inch and a 32-inch flatscreen TVs were stolen.
• Third-degree domestic violence (assault) was reported on the 700 block of Flatrock Road in Tallassee.
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 2100 block of Antioch Road in Weoka.
• Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) was reported on the 000 block of Brookstone Road in Wetumpka.

May 11
• Second-degree theft of property was reported on the 1400 block of Estes Road when a .22 rifle and two shotguns were stolen form a residence.
• Third-degree burgarly and first-degree theft of property were reported on the 900 block of Indian Pines Road in Wetumpka when a 60-inch flatscreen, 50-inch flatscreen, .38 caliber handgun and antique typewriter were stolen.
• Identity theft was reported by victim in Tallasse who received a letter from a collection agency demanding more than $400 for cable service in Chattanooga, Tenn.
• Domestic violence assault was reported on Cleveland Drive in Wetumpka.
• Obstructing government operations was reported on the 100 block of Woodlands Road in Redland when an offender cursed out a deputy.

May 12
• Second-degree possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon were reported on Norris Road at Ceasarville Road and.
• Domestic Violence (harassment) was reported on Coopers Trace in Eclectic.
• Unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported on 2100 block of Old U.S. Highway 231.
• Third-degree theft of property was reported on the 000 block of Alexis Drive in Elmore when a wallet was stolen.
• Third-degree assault was reported on Chapel Road at Crenshaw Road when victim was attacked while sitting at a stop sign in her car.
• Third-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property were reported on the 100 block of Mayor’s Lane in Seman when a window was broken and a flatscreen TV and some cash were stolen.

Arrests made by officer of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department May 9-11.

May 9
• A Wetumpka woman, 28, was arrested on the 8900 block of U.S. Highway 231 on a bondsman’s process for distribution of controlled substances.
• A Wetumpka man, 52, was arrested on the 300 block of Shadow Wood Lane and charged with failure to appear.

May 10
• A Tallassee man, 27, was arrested at the Community Hospital emergency room and charged with third-degree domestic violence (assault).
• A Wetumpka man, 34, was arrested on the 3100 block of Antioch Road in Weoka and charged with third-degree domestic violence (harassment).
• An Opelika man, 26, was arrested at the jail on a writ of arrest for non-payment of child support.
• A Montgomery man, 27, was arrested at the jail on a grand jury indictment for second-degree escape.

May 11
• A Wetumpka man, 18, was arrested on the 100 block of Woodland Road in Redland and charged with obstructing governmental operations.
