Reports filed by officers of the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department May 17-23.

May 17
•Second-degree criminal mischief reported on Pecan Grove in Wetumpka when sugar was poured in a gas tank.
•Identity theft reported on the 500 block of Winding Wood Drive in Wetumpka when $1,500 was fraudulently charged to victim’s credit card.
•Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property reported on Bonner’s Point Road in Holtville when a rifle and three shotguns were stolen.
•Menacing reported on Golden Pond Road in Red Hill when a vehicle occupied by three males loitered around a remote residence and, when confronted, sped toward complainant and fired a shot.
•Third-degree trespassing reported on 100 block of Briar Loop Road in Deatsville.

May 18
•Domestic violence (harassment) reported on the 11500 block of Central Plank Road when a recently broken-up couple had an altercation when one tried to reclaim her property from the other’s house.
•Third-degree criminal mischief reported on Deer Hollow in Marbury when a mailbox was damaged.
•First-degree theft of property reported on the 200 block of Sourthern Hills Ridge in Wetumpka when two all-terrain vehicles were stolen.

May 19
•Harassment reported on the 800 block of Alabama Highway 143 in Elmore.
•Second-degree possession of marijuana reported on the 3400 block of Dozier Road in Redland.
•Third-degree criminal mischief reported on the 100 block of Crenshaw Drive in Wetumpka when a tire was slashed.
•Second-degree possession of marijuana reported on Balm Road at Red Hollow in Seman.
•Theft by deception reported on the 3000 block of Titus Road when payment was accepted for a paving job not performed.
•Harassment reported on the 800 block of Alabama Highway 143 in Elmore.

May 20
•Harassment reported at the intersection of Central Plank Road and Mt. Hebron Road.
•Harassment communications reported on the 8100 block of Lightwood Road in Deatsville.
•Harassment communications reported on the 200 block of Old U.S. Highway 231 in Wetumpka.
•First-degree theft of property reported on the 500 block of Quarry Road near Lake Martin when a 14-foot aluminum boat and trailer were stolen.

May 21
•Third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft of property reported on the 4700 block of Dozier Road in Wetumpka.
•Second degree theft of property reported on the 200 block of Powell Road in Wetumpka when a central air conditioning unit was stolen.
•First degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia reported at the intersection of Highway 11 in Holtville.
•Theft by deception reported on the 7400 block of Deatsville Highway when a utility trailer was purchased with a worthless check.
•Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card was reported.

May 22
•A possible counterfeit $10 reported at a business on U.S. Highway 231 in Wallsboro.
•Third-degree criminal mischief reported on the 000 block of Spring Drive in Wetumpka when doors and mirrors of a car were damaged.
•Third-degree criminal mischief reported on the 10,000 block of Holtville in Slapout when passenger side window of a car was damaged.
•Third-degree criminal mischief reported on the 000 block of Spring Drive in Wetumpka when doors and mirrors of a car were damaged.
•Third-degree criminal mischief reported on the 000 block of Alexis Drive in Elmore when an electric meter lock was damaged.
•Third-degree domestic violence harassment reported on hte 100 block of Promise Land Drive in Wetumpka.
•Second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft of property reported on the 2900 block of Rifle Range Road in Redland when a utility trailer was stolen.
•Domestic violence harassment reported on the 100 block of Maribeth Loop in Deatsville.
•Domestic violence harassment reported on Jug Factory Road in Wetumpka.

May 23
•Third-degree criminal mischief reported on the 1200 block of Red Hill Road in Eclectic.
•Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) reported on Tallassee Highway near the intersection with Firetower Road.
•Second-degree possession of marijuana reported on Gober Road in Millbrook when a hand-rolled cigar was found in a vehicle.
•Identity theft reported on the 900 block of Woodham Road in Wetumpka when a credit card was fraudulently applied for.

May 17
•A Deatsville man, 67, was arrested on the 100 block of Briar Loop Road and charged with third-degree trespassing.

May 18
•A Wetumpka woman, 36, was arrested at the county line and charged with failure to appear.
•A Prattville man, 19, was arrested at the county line and charged with first-degree theft of property.

May 19
•A Coosada man, 35, was arresteed on Linda Street in Coosada and charged with obstructing government operations and resisting arrest.
•An Equality man, 20, was arrested on Red Hollow Road at Balm Road and charged with second-degree possession of marijuana.

May 20
•An Eclectic man, 48, was arrested on Claud Fleahop Road in Eclectic and charged with disorderly conduct.
•A Coosada man, 35, was arrested at the jail and charged with promoting prison contraband.

May 21
•An Wetumpka man was arrested at the sheriff’s office and charged with driving under the influence.
•A Deatsville man was arrested on Holtville Road and charged with first-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•A Deatsville man, 32, was arrested on the 4000 block of Grandview Road in Millbrook and charged with resisting arrest and attempting to elude.
•A Deatsville man, 44, was arrestred on Breckenridge Court and charged with harassment.
•A Wetumpka man ,37, was arrested on the 900 block of Business Park Loop in Prattville and charged with harassing communications and possession of a controlled substance.

May 22
•An Opelika woman, 23, was arrested on the 10,000 block of Redland Road and charged with second-degree burglary.
•A Wetumpka man, 22, was arrested on U.S. 231 and Jasmine Hill Road and charged with driving under the influence and unlawful carry of a firearm.

May 23
•A Tallassee man, 65, was arrested on the 4900 block of Upper River Road in Tallassee and charged with resisting arrest.
•A Wetumpka woman, 27, was arrested on the 1900 block of Ceasarville Road in Holtville and charged with harassment.
•A Titus man, 35, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 231 and Coosa River Parkway in Wetumpka and charged with harassing communications.
•A Dadeville man, 26, was arrested at the Coosa County Jail and charged with two counts of third-degree burglary and two counts of second-degree theft of property.
•A Wetumpka man, 22, was arrested on Highway 231 and charged with harassing communications.

May 24
•A Montgomery man, 53, was arrested at the county line and charged with third-degree assault and failure to appear on a theft of property charge.
