The popular Charis Crafters’ Home for the Holidays Craft Show will return for the 15th consecutive year this Friday and Saturday at the Wetumpka Civic Center.
All items offered for sale are handmade by members of the Charis group. Offerings will include a variety of gift choices and homemade foods. Shoppers will have the opportunity to browse among tables filled with Christmas decorations and ornaments, jewelry, pottery, totes and purses, kitchen linens and more.
Charis Crafters’ two cookbooks will also be available. The 650-recipe edition is $15 and the 500-recipe volume costs $12.
Drawings for door prizes will be held each hour and raffle tickets will be sold for $1 each on a gift basket. Proceeds from cookbook and raffle sales will benefit local charities.
Admission to the show is $5 per person for adults and $2 for children, and are good for both days. Tickets are available in advance or at the door. Those who purchase adult advance tickets will receive a coupon good for $2 off a cookbook.
The event will be held Nov. 15 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Nov. 16 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Charis Crafters was organized to provide an avenue for raising funds for mission work in the community.
