TERMS OF USE
All content on this Site, including but not limited to news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips (collectively, the “Content”) is intended for your personal, noncommercial use. The Content is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws, and is owned and controlled solely by or the party credited as the provider of the Content. Tallapoosa Publishers, Inc [TPI] owns copyright in the underlying Content itself, as well as in the selection, coordination, compilation, and enhancement of such Content. You must abide by any and all copyright notices, information, or restrictions provided in connection with the Content.
Use of the Content for commercial purposes, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, or other display of the Content without TPI's express permission is strictly prohibited.
You are prohibited from the following without TPI's prior written consent:
(1) accessing any Content for which you do not have permission or authorization to access, or for which TPI has terminated or revoked your access;
(2) using robots, spiders, scripts, service, software or any manual or automatic device, tool, or process designed to data mine or scrape the Content, data or information from the Content, or otherwise use, access, or collect the Content and/or data or information derived from the Content using automated means;
(3) using the Content in connection with the development, training, or operation of any software program, algorithm, or generative AI tool;
(4) using any services, software or any manual or automatic device, tool, or process designed to circumvent or for the purposes of circumventing any restriction, condition, or technological measure that controls access to the Content in any way, including overriding any security feature or bypassing or circumventing any access controls or use limits of the Content;
(5) caching or archiving the Content (except for the use of generally accepted, royalty-free, public search engine’s use of generally accepted tools solely for creating search indices for generating search results which link back to the Content);
(6) taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on [name’s] network or infrastructure; and
(7) doing anything that is intended to or could disable, damage or change the functioning or appearance of the Content, including the presentation of advertising or other features.
Please be aware that engaging in these activities or other violations of these Terms may result in civil or criminal liability. TPI reserves the right to and may investigate actual or suspected violations of these Terms and we may also work with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the Terms.
By using the site’s user-contribution capabilities, including comments, photo galleries or any other feature, you are agreeing to abide by the terms of this agreement.

We encourage an open exchange of information and ideas. Responsibility for what is posted or contributed to TPI sites is the sole responsibility of each user. By contributing to TPI’s websites or social media sites, you agree:
Not to solicit others; not to contribute for the purposes of advertising or to solicit anyone to buy or sell products or services, to make donations of any kind or to promote other websites, without our express written approval or where expressly permitted.
Not to have multiple usernames; each user may have only one username. If you would like to change your username, please email us. Use or possession of multiple usernames may result in banning user account(s).
Not to create usernames which are objectionable, even those which utilize typographical obfuscations.
Not to impersonate anyone on any of TPI’s sites.
Not to knowingly give out any private information about other users.
Not to upload, post, distribute, email or otherwise publish or make available on TPI’s sites any of the following:
-libelous, defamatory, obscene, harmful, vulgar, threatening, tortuous, harassing, abusive, invasive of another user’s privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable or otherwise illegal material
-content you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under non-disclosure agreements)
-content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights (“Rights”) of any party. Submitting material that is the property of another without the specific consent of its owner is not only a violation of this agreement, but may also subject you to legal liability for infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
-unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes” or any other form of solicitation; and
-material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, telecommunications or other equipment.
By use of any of the above actions, TPI reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to remove any and/or all of contributions and reveal your identity or any information we know, including IP addresses, in the event a complaint or legal action arises from this type of action. Should you consistently create issues for TPI staff or other users we reserve the right to ban you from using our services and sites. If your account is banned and you have a reasonable case to make regarding reinstating your account, contact site staff. We believe it is absolutely possible for people from a variety of points of view to discuss issues in a civil manner and will remove comments that foster incivility.
